How does the 30-day free trial work?
Try CorpFood risk free for the first 30 days. If you cancel your account within the first 30 days, you will not be charged a thing. If you decide CorpFood is right for your business, you will be charged for the service, and you can still cancel at any time. Keep in mind that refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30-day trial, and we do not prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
No. The 30 day free trial is for new accounts only.

How do I cancel my account?
If you need to cancel, just contact support@emete.com and your account will be canceled immediately.

Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes you can at anytime. Simply click on the “Upgrade” link within your account to upgrade your plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. CorpFood is a pay-as-you-go service. You may simply choose to pay on a per month basis. You can cancel your account at anytime and you’ll just be billed for that current month.

What forms of payment are accepted?
At this moment with accept Paypal™.You can also pay by Recurrent Wire Transfer, please email us to support@emete.com, for instructions.

At this time we do not accept any other form of payment.

How will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly based on your account type.

Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our accounts.
