Who can Place Orders?
Only authorized users can place an order for one or more meals.
How can I Place Orders?
The system displays the available Menus for the specified date. The user can choose the menus he likes and place an order for one or more meals.
Are there restrictions to change my Order?
The user can change an order if the current date and the current time is 24 hours before the Order Menu Date Available.
Does the system allows ordering multiple identical meals?
Yes, the system allows the user to order multiple identical meals for any menu.
How can I confirm an Order?
When you indicate one or more meals , the order is confirmed automatically.
How do I cancel an Order?
Click on the link "Place/View/Edit Orders" to view your outstanding orders. Click on the order you would like to cancel and, assuming that the order submission deadline is not expired, put an 0 on quantity orders.
Users
Which are the different profiles accounts?
There are 3 different profiles accounts: Administrator, Menu Manager and User. Most of the accounts are created as Users. This profile (user) has the required capabilities for ordering meals. The Menu Manager is the profile designated to create and publish meals for each menu. The Admin profile has full access to the application.
What is an User profile account used for?
An User profile account allows you to place, view and edit Meal Orders.
What is Menu Manager profile account used for?
A Menu Manager account is the account used by the cafeteria staff and allows to create, view and edit Food Items and create, view and edit Daily Menu. This profile can view the reports generated in the section Menu Manager.
What is Administrator profile accounts used for?
The Administrator account accumulates the functions granted to User account and Menu Manager account, and aditionally, can modify configuration settings, create, view, edit and import Users Accounts.
Login
I don't have an account in CFS, What can I do?
If you do not have a registered email and password combination, the first thing you must do is contact your system administrator.
Why can't I login?
(1) Make sure you are using the right account.
(2) Check that you are typing your email and password correctly.
(3) Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
Security
Who can create/edit Food Items or Daily Menus?
Only users with Administrator or Menu Manager profile can create or edit Food Items and Daily Menus.
Who can create/edit/import Users Accounts?
Only users with Administrator profile can create, edit or import Users Accounts.
Who can Set Configuration Values?
Only users with Administrator profile can Set Configuration Values.
Who can place orders?
Only users who are authorized by the company can place orders. In other words, users with valid credentials (email and password) to login.
Could other users view my Menu Orders?
No, the system let Users to view only their own placed orders. Only Menu Managers and Admin can see all orders.
For which operations the system requires users to log in the Corporate
Food Solutions System?
For all operations users will be required to log in the Corporate Food Solutions System.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
Try CorpFood risk free for the first 30 days. If you cancel your account within the first 30 days, you will not be charged a thing. If you decide CorpFood is right for your business, you will be charged for the service, and you can still cancel at any time. Keep in mind that refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30-day trial, and we do not prorate for partial months.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
No. The 30 day free trial is for new accounts only.
How do I cancel my account?
If you need to cancel, just contact
support@emete.comand your account will be canceled immediately.
Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes you can at anytime. Simply click on the “Upgrade” link within your account to upgrade your plan.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. CorpFood is a pay-as-you-go service. You may simply choose to pay on a per month basis. You can cancel your account at anytime and you’ll just be billed for that current month.
What forms of payment are accepted?
At this moment with accept Paypal™.You can also pay by Recurrent Wire Transfer, please email us to
support@emete.com, for instructions.
At this time we do not accept any other form of payment for instrutions.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly based on your account type.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our accounts.
